Kisan, Bethlehem District: Settlers throw stones at shepherds

On 21 April 2022, three members of the al-‘Abayat family were grazing their flock in pastureland south of Kisan when three settlers arrived with a dog. The settlers shouted and threw stones at them and set the dog on them. One of the settlers summoned soldiers to the scene, at which point the shepherds decided to go home for fear the settlers would falsely accuse them of assault and they would be arrested.
