Huwarah, Nablus District: Settlers return and take down Palestinian flag in the town; soldiers arrest two residents

On 31 May 2022, at around 1:00 P.M., settlers returned to the town and removed a Palestinian flag that was hanging on a utility pole, despite protests from residents who gathered in the area. Soldiers arrived later, hurled stun grenades at the protesting residents and tried to arrest two of them, but the residents prevented the arrest and the soldiers left empty-handed.
