Al-Mughayir, Ramallah District: Settlers attack Palestinian in presence of soldiers on Route 5827

On 17 April 2022, around midday, Route 5827 was blocked due to a traffic accident. While al-Mughayir resident Nassim Muslem (55) was waiting by his car for the road to reopen, a group of settlers attacked him with stones, wounding him above the left eye, in full view of soldiers who did nothing to intervene. Muslem was taken to Rafidia Hospital in Nablus, where he was diagnosed with a bone fracture on the side of his body. He was discharged a day later.
