Route 60, Nablus District: Israeli settlers attack Palestinian car, injuring driver and causing damage

On Wednesday, 7 December 2022, at around 9:00 A.M., Samir Hussein (47), from the village of Baqat al-Hatab in Qalqiliyah District, and Akram Yasin (37), from Nablus, drove together to work in the village of Qaryut, south of Nablus. When they reached Route 60, near the village of Madama, about six settlers armed with clubs and stones blocked their way and attacked the car, shattering the windshield and damaging the body before fleeing. Glass shards hit Hussein in the eye, but he continued driving to Nablus, where he received treatment at Rafidya Hospital and was then discharged.
