Bab a-Zawiya, Hebron City Center: Teenage Israeli settlers attack Palestinian 12-year-old with stick

On Saturday, 18 Feb. 2023, at around 3:00 P.M., ‘Omran Jaber (12) was passing by the Bab a-Zawiya checkpoint in his neighborhood when about 15 teenage settlers pounced on him. Some of them were holding sticks, and one hit him on the hand with a stick. Jaber fell, threw a stone at them and then fled into the checkpoint, with the teens chasing him. After soldiers and settlers at the checkpoint stopped them from chasing Jaber any further, the teens climbed up to a nearby rooftop and threw stones from there at cars parked on the street, shattering windows in three.
