Hebron City Center: Israeli settlers throw stones, breaking ceramics in Palestinian store and damaging parked cars

On Sunday, 26 February 2023, at around 4:00 P.M., two settlers went to the courtyard of the old Hebron city hall in downtown Hebron. They threw stones at three parked cars, shattering their windows and broke ceramics displayed in front of a shop where soldiers vandalized merchandise on 23 January 2023.

Soldiers at observation posts on the roof of the Beit Romano settlement did not intervene. The store manager, Bader a-Tamimi, called the police. Officers came, took his statement and suggested he file a complaint at the police station, but he saw no point in doing so. B'Tselem documented a previous settler attack on this and nearby stores on 24 January 2022.
