Burqah, Nablus District: Settlers attack home with stones while a woman and her children were inside, and caused damage

On Monday, 3 July 2023, at around 2:00 P.M., about 15 masked settlers came to the northern outskirts of the village of Burqah and attacked the home of the Yasin family with stones. The mother Fathiyyah (37), and her four children aged 14, 13, 7 and 4 were inside the home during the attack. The settlers cut the barbed wire fence surrounding the house, smashed 13 of its windows with stones, cut down seven fruit trees and destroyed potted plants in the yard.

When village residents came to drive the settlers away, they fled north toward the Homesh settlement. Soldiers, who arrived only then, shot live bullets and tear gas canisters at the residents.
