Khirbet Susiya, South Hebron Hills: Settlers grazed their flock on privately owned land belonging to community residents

Settlers led a flock into land privately owned by village residents. The residents called the police, who arrived only two hours later, after the settlers had left with their flock. The police officers suggested the residents go the police station and file a complaint.
