Around midday, Luqman Daraghmeh (21) was grazing his flock on private land belonging to community residents, east of the community, when four settlers arrived. They went over to about 40 goats that were far from Daraghmeh and started leading them away. Daraghmeh, who was afraid to confront the thieves, hid and called family members to come. They arrived, followed by police and soldiers, and entered into a confrontation with the settlers that included mutual pushing.
