Masafer Bani Na’im, South Hebron Hills: Armed Israeli settler threatens Palestinian farmer and his teen son, orders them to remove Palestinian flag from their home

On Sunday, 5 May 2024, around 2:00 P.M., while Saber Manasrah (44) and his son ‘Omar (14) were working on a plot of land they lease, about 200 meters from their home in the community of Masafer Bani Na’im, an armed settler arrived and ordered them to leave. Manasrah and his son, who feared the settler would attack them, went home, and the settler followed them. When they were near the house, the settler ordered them to take down a Palestinian flag hanging on its roof and told them they were in Israel, not Palestine. Manasrah took down the flag and the settler left.
