Haribat a-Nabi, South Hebron Hills: Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian house with stones, pepper-sprayed the owner in the face and assaulted his father, who was grazing sheep nearby

On Sunday, 11 August 2024, around 6:00 A.M., Samir Sabah (35) and his five-year-old son woke up to settlers attacking their house with stones. Sabah went outside and saw six masked settlers, one of whom was armed with a club. One settler pepper sprayed Samir in the face. The settlers then ran toward Sabah’s father, ‘Ali Sabah, who was grazing sheep a few meters from the house. They attacked him, injured his foot, and fled when other residents arrived. The residents called the police, who arrived and suggested they go to the police station to file a complaint.
