On Saturday, 11 November 2023, at around 3:00 P.M., settlers escorted by soldiers blocked the dirt road connecting the town of Beit Furik with the community of Khirbet Tana with dirt mounds.
That evening, at around 8:30 P.M., some residents arrived and tried to remove the roadblock. Three settlers, including a settlement guard, arrived in a pickup truck with a military escort and fired live rounds at the residents, who fled, leaving behind a car belonging to one of them. The settlers stayed there for about two hours. When they left, the residents returned and discovered the settlers had vandalized the car, including the engine, as well as work tools inside it.
