Qaryut, Nablus District: Settlers filmed stealing water pipes from a farming area after driving farmers away in the presence of soldiers

On 27 March 2022, at around 4:00 P.M., seven settlers and five soldiers arrived at some farmland near the Qaryut freshwater spring and drove the Palestinian farmers out. The farmers backed away and filmed two of the settlers stealing four rolls of plastic water pipes. The 800-meter-long pipes had been left in the field by the farmers in anticipation of a drip irrigation system installation with ICRC funding.

The settlers can be seen setting the piping down on the nearby dirt road. They later left the area, taking the pipes with them. This was not caught on video as it was dark by then.
