يوم الأحدالموافق 13.10.24 حوالي الساعة 12:30، بينما كان محمد نجار (28 عامًا) ووعاملان بالأجرة يقطفون الزيتون في أرض تضمّنها شمالي شرقي بلدة حوارة، وصل إلى المكان حارس مستوطنة وأربعة جنود يعرفهم كمستوطنين، وأمروهم بالمغادرة بحجة أن الأرض تعود لهم، فدفعوهم وصفعوا نجار وتركوا المكان.
